Craft Yo Safari helps travellers discover destinations, build itineraries, connect with verified safari operators, and — through Safari Stories — capture and share their trip in photo and video challenges. You agree to use the platform and app lawfully and not to misuse, copy, or disrupt the service or its content.

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate name, email, phone number, and country information, and keeping it up to date.
• Maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

We may freeze or suspend an account that breaks these terms, including repeated posting of content that is removed following a report.

Craft Yo Safari connects you with independent safari operators. Destination and accommodation listings are submitted by operators and reviewed by Craft Yo Safari before publishing, but we do not guarantee their accuracy or availability. Any booking is a contract between you and the operator; we are not a party to that contract and are not liable for the operator's performance.

Safari Stories lets you record photos and videos and submit them to challenges. For each post, you choose a visibility setting:

• Private — visible only to you.
• Public — visible to other Safari Stories users in the community feed.

You keep ownership of what you post, but you grant Craft Yo Safari a licence to host, display, and distribute your Public posts on the platform and in our marketing. You are responsible for making sure your content does not infringe anyone else's rights and complies with our community standards.

Completing a challenge earns you points, based on how you share your post:

• Public posts earn the full points set for that challenge.
• Private posts earn half the points, since they are not shared with the community.

We review every post against what its challenge asked for. If a post does not genuinely reflect the challenge, we may reduce or reverse the points awarded for it. Points can be withdrawn and redeemed for goodies through the platform.

If a Public post is reported and our review finds it violates our community standards, we deduct 50 points from the post owner's balance. Half of that deduction — 25 points — is credited to the user who reported it.

Any user can report a Public post they believe breaks these terms, giving a reason and, optionally, a description. A reported post is reviewed by our moderation team.

The post owner is notified of the report and may submit one appeal message in response — once submitted, that appeal cannot be edited or resubmitted. After reviewing the report and any appeal, we will either restore the post to Public visibility or remove it permanently. This decision is final. Where a violation is confirmed, the points penalty described above also applies.

Imagery, itineraries, and other content we publish on the platform are protected by intellectual property rights. You may use them for personal trip planning but may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Craft Yo Safari is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or app, or from any safari booked through an operator.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the platform or app means you accept the updated terms.
